Fishtank was magical. It is internet history and I can’t wait for the further improved season 2 this winter. The finale was perfect I’m so glad I saw it live the whole way through.

Something i heard about the Simmons situation is that before Sam reads out the exerts from the book he made Simmons do karaoke and laughs at him which was actually one of Simmons childhood traumas where he was doing karaoke and his family was laughing at him over it which is hilarious

Fun fact about the Summer Camp bit:
It was a last minute implementation from the producers due to the house’s plumbing being an almost catastrophic failure. The only reason they found out there was a plumbing problem at all is because Jon gave a rubber snake he was whipping around to the White Shark, who flushed it down the half-bathroom toilet. When they called a plumber out to root the toy snake away, they found a major issue with the pipes for the house, so they brought in the porta-shitter, told everyone to not use the bathrooms as a DQ for the challenge.
Jet said they were almost going to have to shut the show down if the problem wasn’t able to be resolved. Ironically, if Jon would not have brought his mega autism to the Tank, the show would have probably been tanked!

Bro that’s so funny. Goes with what Jet said in one of the recaps (or the finale, I forget) where he says he felt like they were “protected by something” during the production and came a hair away from shuttering completely several times throughout its runtime lol. Very very cool.
